·        May include inspection fees, building and other permits, supplemental origination fee, title update cost and contingency in the $35,000.

·        Eligible:

o       Repair/replacement/upgrade of Roofs, gutters, and downspouts.

o       Repair/replacement/upgrade of Plumbing and Electrical.

o       Repair/replacement/upgrade of existing Flooring.

o       Minor Remodeling or Kitchens.

o       Interior/Exterior paining

o       Storm Windows and doors, insulation.

o       Appliances:  ranges, refrigerators, washer/dryer, dishwasher.

o       Repair/replace or add exterior decks, patios, porches.

o       Basement finishing and remodeling.

 

·        NOT Eligible:

o       Major rehab (such as relocation of load bearing wall)

o       New Construction (including room additions)

o       Repair of structural damage

o       Repairs requiring detailed drawings of architectural exhibits.

o       Landscaping.

o       Rehabilitation requiring more than two payments per contractor.

 

Up to 3 Sub Contractors allowed.

Borrower MAY be own General Contractor.
