The chart below will provide the factor needed to determine your Principal and Interest payment for any given loan.  It is based on dollars per thousand.  For example, if you borrow $1000 at 7% for 30 years, you would pay $6.65 per month, every month for 30 years.  Over 30-years you would pay back $2,394 ($6.65 x 360 months), just to borrow $1000.

If you borrow $200,000, how many thousands are there in $200,000?  The answer is 200.  So, if you borrow $200,000 at 7.00% interest for 30 years, what would your payment be?  The answer is $1330.60  (200 x 6.65302=$1330.60)
